Chef Rodney Einhorn
Being a third generation enthusiast of all things culinary, Rodney quickly realized that he was destined to become a chef. As the first step toward his dream, he attended The Culinary Institute of America, the apex of the food world. After graduation in 1998, he worked at the world renowned. Le Cirque 2000 in New York City.
Adding to his impressive culinary portfolio, he then moved to another esteemed locale, Aspen, Colorado. With the mountains serving as a breathtaking backdrop, Rodney had several exciting culinary opportunities, including hosting part of Aspen's celebrated Food and Wine Festival. Masterfully-trained, he was granted the position of Executive Chef at Aspen's Sky Hotel. Notice of his delectable, cutting-edge cuisine served at the hotel's hip 39 Degrees Lounge
quickly spread around the Aspen community. Soon articles about his exceptional talent appeared in Mountain Living and Bon Appétit.
As a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Rodney brings his extraordinary experience and culinary success home. Rodney's passion for bringing out the unique flavor of each ingredient while matching this flavor with an impressive presentation is dramatic. Both patrons and critics alike have been lavish in their appreciation and praise for his modern "classic" approach.
